Extremely light ski touring gaiter made of siliconized ripstop Cordura with a full-length side zipper and adjustable bar. Cordura is a highly abrasion-resistant outer material used in backpacks and clothing. In endurance tests, Cordura resists tearing, pulling, and abrasion forces better than any other comparable material. It is 10 times more durable than cotton fabric, 3 times more durable than standard polyester, and 2 times more durable than standard nylon. Bluesign approved fabric signifies adherence to the world's strictest standards for environmental protection, consumer protection, and occupational safety. All environmentally relevant production aspects are critically reviewed and continuously optimized, including material usage, energy, water, wastewater, exhaust air, noise, waste, and handling of hazardous substances.
