The Superbands, also known as Jumbo bands, offer a wide range of applications in fitness, athletics, and rehabilitation training. Both long and short weight training can be simulated in a small space. Classic exercises such as barbell curls, shoulder presses, upright rows, or squats can be simulated and optimized with the Strongband. Explosive training is perfect as a partner exercise: one partner holds the band while the other works dynamically against it.

How do you use the Superband for pull-up exercises to help beginners overcome the dead point in pull-ups? First, attach the Superband to a secure bar and hang yourself with your knee (bent leg for less assistance) or with your foot (stretched leg for more assistance) in the downward-facing loop. Depending on body weight and the resulting change in length, the band will take on a larger or smaller part of the work during the movement. Finally, effective pull-up training is possible for everyone.
