Uvex break resistant eyewear guarantees maximum eye protection at all times with specially made polycarbonate lenses that meet the standard for ski and safety goggles. During testing, they were evaluated for resistance to fired 6-mm steel balls flying at a speed of 162 km/h without breaking, ensuring maximum protection.

Uvex glasses are extremely maintenance-free thanks to the materials used. A special antistatic coating prevents dirt and dust from settling on the glass, resulting in clearer visibility even under extreme conditions. Normal maintenance should be used, and the use of aggressive chemicals is not recommended due to possible damage.

Robust and scratch-resistant, the lenses are made of highly durable polycarbonate, resistant up to -40 °C. They feature a special scratch-resistant coating according to EN 1836, except for mirror lenses.

The unique uvex supravision® technology provides extreme scratch resistance on the outside of the lens and continuous protection against fogging from the inside.

UV absorbing filters incorporated directly into the material provide 100% protection for the retina of the eye from UV damage up to 400 nm. All uvex glasses provide 100% UVA, UVB, and UVC protection.

The uvex full mirror FM features reflection technology that excels in design and functionality. The lens covered with 18 film layers has an imaging effect and protects against infrared radiation with a wavelength of 780 nm to 1000 nm. Special pigments in the polymer lens activate a filter that eliminates and absorbs this radiation, significantly reducing thermal load and preventing dehydration and eye fatigue, thus avoiding gray haze.
