Product details

2-way widenable pull-up bar for the door frame can be used without screws or drilling: just clamp and train. Screws and mounting material are included for longer-term fixation.

The training bar has comfortable grip pads for a secure hold and reduced irritation of the palms during upper body training, suitable for women and men up to 100 kg.

Left and right with transparent rubber ends to prevent unwanted marks on the door frame, making this pull-up bar also ideal for rented flats.

Sturdy steel construction with simple operation through a telescopic system. Bar diameter: approximately 30 mm, length: 65-103 cm, infinitely adjustable for a firm hold of the door stretch.
