A 2-way adjustable pull-up bar for your door frame, requiring no screws or drilling: simply clamp it in place and start your workout. Screws and mounting materials are included for a more permanent installation.

The training bar features comfortable grip pads for a secure hold and minimal irritation to the palms while training your upper body. It is suitable for both men and women with a weight capacity of up to 100 kg.

Transparent rubber caps on the left and right prevent unwanted marks on the door frame, making this pull-up bar suitable for rental apartments.

Robust steel construction with easy handling thanks to the telescopic system. Pole diameter: approx. 28 mm. Length: 63-93 cm, infinitely adjustable for a secure fit in the door frame.

Complete with mounting materials, the pull-up bar supports a maximum user weight of up to 100 kg.
