The Tunturi wooden gymnastic rings (14TUSCF082) have a diameter of 23 cm and are 28 mm thick. They come as a pair with a storage net and adjustable straps with markings. They can be used for a wide range of exercises. The rings are ideal for gymnastics, but also for coordination and strength training. The special thing about training with gymnastic rings is that the rings swing freely and loosely. This means that enormous body tension is required during training, as the body has to constantly compensate for these vibrations in addition to the exercises. The rings are also available in ABS material (14TUSCF081).
