Exercises for muscle building can be targeted and effectively performed on the multipress. Whether it's pressing or pulling barbell exercises, decline bench presses, shoulder presses, squats, or rowing – the Tunturi multipress offers a solution for almost all exercises. With the guided barbell rods and adjustable safety catches, the multipress also provides the highest level of safety during training. The cable pulleys are independently movable, can be adjusted to different heights, and feature a crossover design. A footplate is included, allowing for rowing training on the multipress as well. Additionally, the Smith Cage comes with pull handles and wide-grip chin-up bars for an intense workout. The butterfly attachment is freely movable and can be incorporated into various training routines. The Smith Machine also includes a weight plate holder – however, the weight plates themselves are not included. The stable construction made of a powder-coated steel frame supports a maximum user weight of 135 kg.
