The multifunctional standard door bar from Tunturi is suitable for much more than just pull-ups in the door frame. In addition to its function in the door frame, this bar can also be used on the floor to do chest (push-ups), triceps (dips) or abdominals (trunk bends), for example. This is because the grip positions on the many padded foam handles are very variable.
