The Jumper is an air-filled trampoline ball made from durable Ruton. A variety of versatile exercises can be performed on the Jumper, allowing almost every muscle group in the body to be trained. Due to its instability, the stabilizing muscles of the feet and core are engaged in nearly all exercises.

In addition to muscle training, working out on the Jumper also promotes balance, coordination, and sensorimotor skills. The trampoline effect adds a lot of fun to the workout. The material is odor-neutral and can support weights of up to 200 kg (TOGU Jumper Mini up to 100 kg). The product is latex-free and does not contain any banned plasticizers (according to EU Directive 2005/84/EC). Air pressure can be adjusted using a pump and needle valve.
