Product details

The air filling of the trampoline ball provides an unstable yet dynamic surface. The ball is made of durable Ruton and is mounted on a fiberglass-reinforced base plate. You can jump, balance while standing, and perform squats. Sitting allows for abdominal muscle training, while lying down targets the back muscles. Side jumps are also easily achievable. Practically all muscle groups can be trained thanks to the versatility of this training device. The air filling can be adjusted via a valve. Balance, coordination, and sensorimotor skills are improved involuntarily. The trampoline effect also adds a lot of fun to the workout.
