The Aero-Step XL functional, made in Germany, is a training device made from high-quality Ruton. The Ruton material is odorless, latex-free, and highly durable (approximately 200 kg). TOGU offers a 30-year manufacturer's warranty on the Aero-Step XL functional. A detailed exercise manual and an air pump for individual adjustment are included.

What are the effects of using it? The Aero-Step XL functional allows for improved joint stability. The muscles are tightened and strengthened deeply.

How does it work? Whether standing or lying on the stomach or back, the instability, thanks to the air filling, turns every known exercise into a challenge. The inserted connecting plate of the leg axis trainer provides the necessary stabilization, ensuring good ground contact. The air-filled chambers allow for very small movement moments. This means high demands and thus quick training effects.
