The Aero-Step XL, manufactured in Germany, is a training device made from high-quality Ruton. Ruton is an odorless, latex-free, and highly durable material (approximately 200 kg). TOGU offers a 30-year manufacturer's warranty for the Aero-Step XL. A detailed manual and an air pump for individual adjustment are included in the package.

What are the effects of the Aero-Step XL?
The Aero-Step XL improves joint stability. The muscles are toned and strengthened deeply. Equipped with over 1000 round nubs for additional stimulation of the foot reflex zones, it provides an extra massage effect and better blood circulation. Joint stability is enhanced, balance is achieved, imbalances are corrected, and reflexes and reactions are promoted.

How does it work?
Whether standing for leg axis training or lying on the stomach or back, the stability provided by the air filling makes every known exercise more challenging. The inserted connection plate ensures necessary stabilization and guarantees good ground grip. Air-filled chambers allow for very subtle movements. This means high demands and thus rapid training effects.
