TheraBand Hand Trainer

Absolutely versatile hand training. TheraBand hand trainers are used for strengthening the hand, fingers, and forearm, as well as for coordination training. Thanks to the extremely durable material, they can also be used for stress relief and cold (refrigerator) and heat therapy (microwave, warm water).

The hand trainers are easy to clean and, with five different degrees of hardness, offer a wide range of applications in therapy, sports, fitness, and wellness. Their small size makes them ideal companions in everyday situations.
