The Basic model is considered the entry-level model. This model is recommended for initial balance training and foundational exercises in stabilization and strength training.

The Basic model allows training in the following basic positions:

  • Sitting
  • Kneeling
  • Standing
  • In a forearm support

The training board features all attachment options for accessories. The large holes are used for securing the elastic band or for carrying the SYPOBA. The aluminum roller is open and therefore does not have the abdominal roller function.

The Basic model consists of:

  • Training board

  • Poster with exercise ideas

Recommended for:

  • Balance exercises in various basic positions
