Sypoba Basic

The Fitness Basic model is considered an entry-level model. This model is recommended for initial balance training and basic exercises in the stabilization and strengthening areas. The Fitness Basic model allows training in the following basic positions: sitting, kneeling, standing, and in a forearm support. The training board features all attachment options for accessories. The large holes are used for securing the elastic band or for carrying the SYPOBA. The aluminum roller is open and therefore does not have the abdominal roller function. The Fitness Basic model consists of: training board (30x60 cm), aluminum roller with rubber rings, and a poster with exercise ideas. Recommended for: balance exercises in various basic positions and initial attempts at stabilization and strengthening exercises.
