Product details

Suprfit Strength Bands are extremely helpful for functional training. In the area of gymnastics, Suprfit Strength Bands are often used as aids for pull-ups or dips. They are particularly useful for butterfly and kipping pull-ups, helping when the necessary strength is lacking and the correct technique is not yet established. In weightlifting, heavy strength bands are used to increase resistance during deadlifts or bench presses. The strength bands from our in-house brand Suprfit are highly durable and long-lasting. Suprfit Strength Bands have a total length of 41 inches, which is equivalent to 102.5 cm. Suprfit Strength Bands are made from latex, making them a natural product, which is why slight color variations are possible. The color gradations of the different resistance levels may change from time to time. Additionally, natural products can wear out over time. Such wear can eventually lead to tearing of the strength bands. To extend the lifespan of the bands, we recommend handling them properly. Strong (green): 22 kg (25% stretch) to 54 kg (200% stretch) Medium (purple): 11 kg (25% stretch) to 36 kg (200% stretch) Extra strong (blue): 27 kg (25% stretch) to 68 kg (200% stretch).
