Sqlab Saddle 6OX active Made in Germany 130mm

Attention: The design is not yet final. The 6OX ERGOWAVE® active saddle has been available for 2 years, but not in this version: Made in Germany. The unique feature of the new 6OX Infinergy® ERGOWAVE® active Made in Germany is the foam of the saddle, which is no longer made from traditional PU foam, but from the BASF Infinergy® material known from running shoes. This material is very durable and provides enhanced comfort, especially off-road, due to its quicker recovery. The cover is not fully stretched over the saddle like in traditional saddles. Instead, there are only tapes at the critical points. These are connected to the Infinergy® foam automatically and without adhesive. The manufacturing technology was successfully developed a few years ago by Oechsler in Ansbach, a major automotive supplier, for a large sports equipment manufacturer. SQlab and Oechsler then optimized this process together for saddles.
