Sqlab Saddle 6OX active Made in Germany 150mm

Attention: The design is not yet final. The 6OX Ergowave active saddle has been available for 2 years, but not in this version: Made in Germany. What makes the 6OX Infinergy Ergowave active Made in Germany special is the foam of the saddle, which is no longer made from classic PU foam, but from the BASF Infinergy material known from running shoes. This material is very durable and offers high comfort, especially off-road, due to its faster recovery. The cover is not stretched completely over the saddle as with classic saddles. Instead, there are only tapes at the important points. These are connected to the Infinergy foam automatically and without adhesive. The manufacturing technology was developed several years ago by Oechsler in Ansbach, a major automotive supplier, very successfully for a large sports equipment manufacturer. SQlab and Oechsler then optimized this process together for saddles.
