The strong, short-pile synthetic fibres are also abrasion-resistant and durable, allowing for strength and cardio units as well as workouts with the weight sled. Particularly practical: the sprint track is marked with numbers and lines for precise speed training and analysis. The latex underside is glued to ensure the sprint track is non-slip on the floor.
