Sport-Thieme Rowing Simulator OV: the all-in-one fitness trainer. The Sport-Thieme Rowing Simulator OV is made of steel, particularly robust, and perfectly suited for continuous use in gyms. This strength training device features a movable seat with a holder for a rubber resistance band to increase leg load. The footboard has two locking positions and is slip-resistant, providing excellent stability for users during exercise. For varied strength training, the rowing trainer is equipped with two swivel-mounted rowing bars that are ergonomically designed. Particularly convenient: the training device has a display where athletes can read the number of repetitions and training duration. For quick adjustment of rowing intensity, two pins for weight plate storage are attached to the rowing simulator.
