The gymnastic rings are made of weather-resistant plastic and feature a non-slip surface. The suspension straps made of polypropylene each have a length of 4.5 m, allowing you to attach the rings flexibly at different heights. The maximum load capacity of the rings, including the straps, is 200 kg (100 kg per ring).

Easy to hang gymnastic rings - You have various options for hanging the gymnastic rings: For example, attach the rings to tree branches, wooden beams of carports or balconies, metal supports, pull-up bars, or pipes from swing frames or goal posts. Please ensure that the support is stable enough and can carry a minimum weight of 300 kg. To maintain sufficient distance between the hanging rings, the support should also be as horizontal as possible, with the distance between the straps in the resting area being approximately 30-50 cm.
