The Physioball hand trainer from Sport-Thieme is suitable for therapeutic use after surgeries and injuries or for rheumatic complaints. With hand trainers in different hardness levels, you can gradually rebuild your grip strength. The balls are made of thermoplastic rubber in various strengths. You can identify the respective hardness levels by the colors of the Physioballs. Additionally, the balls can be used in heat and cold therapy. You can temper the balls in the microwave or freezer and use them for therapy for about 30 minutes without changing their resistance. To maintain the suppleness of the balls, simply rub them regularly with baby powder or talcum.
