The original formulation of the sealant, which was launched 2.5 years ago, was primarily developed for the effective sealing of tire punctures by maximizing the surface of the liquid latex for improved performance. Professional racers appreciated the practical application, as they frequently changed tires depending on race conditions and could simply refill fresh sealant without having to inject it through the valve. However, we heard two main concerns from casual riders: the sealant dried out quickly when not in use, and the composition of the longer carbon fiber strands made injection difficult and problematic, which could lead to a potentially messy installation if not handled carefully.
