SPD System

DYNALAST
Shimano DYNALAST provides the right amount of flexibility and rebound to maximize every pedal stroke. Many cycling shoe lasts have flatter heels and a drastic toe lift. Shimano DYNALAST features an anatomical shape with optimized heel and toe contours that follow the natural shape of the foot, reducing tension in the foot. This allows the heel to sit lower in the shoe while the forefoot is supported by a slight elevation tailored to cycling needs.
