SPD System
The SPD system meets the needs of mountain bikers both while riding and walking. DYNALAST
SHIMANO DYNALAST provides the right amount of flexibility and rebound to maximize every pedal stroke. Many cycling shoe lasts have flatter heels and a drastic toe lift. SHIMANO DYNALAST features an anatomical shape with optimized heel and toe profiles that follow the natural contours of the foot and reduce stress on the foot. This allows the heel to sit lower in the shoe while the forefoot is supported by a slight lift tailored to cycling needs.
