The Shaping Loop Set from Schildkröt Fitness consists of three bands (34.5 cm x 8 cm) with resistance levels Light, Medium, and Heavy for more variety in exercises and intensity. The loops are suitable for strength training and muscle building, but they are especially excellent for shaping, stretching, and fitness. Anti-slip strips made of latex on the inside of the bands prevent rolling and slipping during workouts.
