The Wildfire Edge GORE-TEX® shoes from Salewa are versatile technical approach shoes suitable for both hiking and climbing activities. Thanks to the innovative Switchfit system, the shoes can be quickly transformed from a hiking shoe into a climbing shoe. This is achieved by simply threading the laces through an additional eyelet, which pulls the foot forward and compresses the toes for precise climbing. The GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort membrane ensures breathability and protects against moisture, while the abrasion-resistant upper made of suede and microfiber provides additional comfort. The edging plate under the forefoot enhances precision while climbing and offers a secure feeling on technical terrain.
