The Wildfire Edge GORE-TEX® shoes from Salewa are versatile technical approach shoes suitable for both hiking and climbing adventures. Thanks to the innovative Switchfit system, the shoes can quickly be transformed from a hiking shoe into a climbing shoe. This allows for precise fit adjustment by routing and tightening the laces through an additional eyelet. This pulls the foot forward, compressing the toes and enhancing climbing performance. The GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort membrane ensures breathability and protects against moisture, while the abrasion-resistant upper made of suede and microfiber provides additional comfort. The Edging Plate under the forefoot improves precision when climbing and offers a secure feel on technical terrain.
