The Ortles Screw Carabiner is a robust screw carabiner that is extremely lightweight and versatile. The locking carabiner is ideal for building a series connection, as an anchor knot for force distribution, or as a carabiner for self-protection at a belay station.

The thoughtful design of the carabiner features a conical keylock nose that prevents snagging on ropes or slings. At the same time, the screw carabiner has a large gate opening, which improves the placement of a clove hitch as well as the process of clipping in and out.
