The design of this lightweight, flexible version of the classic MTN Trainer focuses on stability on rocky trails and mountain activities in warmer temperatures. The durable synthetic upper ensures optimal durability, while the waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX Extended Comfort lining protects against rain and surface water, allowing water vapor to escape and providing your feet with a dry, comfortable feel. The unique construction is designed over a special last to offer a perfect fit as well as the optimal combination of flexibility and support. This shoe is also equipped with SALEWA's proprietary 3F system, which connects the upper, sole, and heel. Inside the shoe, there is a cushioning EVA midsole for lasting rebound. Additionally, it features a flexible ankle collar and a rubber toe cap for extra protection. Underfoot, the robust outsole, thanks to the Pomoco rubber compound and the tread pattern with deep lugs and notches, ensures reliable grip. The sole provides the necessary versatility for a variety of terrain types – from mud and grass to rock, ice, and snow. The climbing shoe lacing system extending to the toe area allows for greater precision on technical terrain.
