The Ruut model series was born out of the need for a truly versatile bike. One that is comfortable enough for backpacking trips and long-distance rides, yet has a distinctly sporty character. At Rondo, we are all competitive athletes - we ride fast, we race - but we don't need a bike for the CX World Championships. What we expect from a drop bar bike is that it can ride long and fast, especially on rough roads. After more than two years of development, we have created a tool that we believe represents the ultimate solution for real-world riders. The RUUT ST2 is a classic bike that is comfortable, versatile, and robust. This model features a lightweight Tange steel frame at a more affordable price. Now upgraded with our TwinTip 2.0 fork with FLY technology. This is a lighter, more forgiving version of our branded fork, equipped with a triple rack mount. It comes with sturdy and durable components such as reliable and low-maintenance mechanical TRP brakes, a SRAM Apex drivetrain, and Rondo aluminum rims with WTB Nano tires. An ideal option for the beginner who needs a bike that can go the extra mile.
