Description:
The premium pearl drop shape has been around for a long time and some savvy lake trout fishermen know how good it can be for big trout. The premium pearl drops need to be trolled at a slow speed for them to run properly. The hook is mounted on the narrow side of the drop. Due to the large amount of water absorbed, the mother-of-pearl drops strike out to the left and right when the trolling speed is slow. It is probably the pressure waves from the strikes that always tempt very large trout to attack them.
