From what I found out about the product, the Xiamo Home App offers the possibility to lock the scooter via software. But some users complain about this because it seems that it unlocks itself after a few hours. I haven't checked for myself, but it seems that the best way to secure your vehicle is the old fashioned way with some kind of bike lock. And to track it, an Apple Tag is the best choice.
