The Community is made for claims concerning the ownership and use of products. However, where availability is unknown, this means that we have run out of stock and are awaiting information about possible supply. As soon as we have more details, we will update the delivery time.

To turn off the beep and go faster you need to connect to the application with your mobile phone (all the explanations are in the leaflet you received with the scooter) and then you can change the mode by pressing the start button twice. But first you have to activate your scooter with the app so that the beeping stops.

Is the scooter protected against rain?

So it is protected against "a little wetness" but I would avoid driving in too much rain because on the one hand the connection of the charger was very unfavourably placed in the first models and on the other hand driving in the rain is a bit difficult and above all dangerous due to the risk of slipping. Best regards and have fun driving :)

Hello, I use the same scooter and am also very satisfied. 1) Exactly, when you need to go fast, just switch it on and go. The mobile doesn't have to be paired. That's how we use it within the family. 2) Basically, I think (but I'm not 100% sure) that pairing allows the speed to be increased from 15 to 20 km/h. This is why we have the scooter with two wheels. That's why we set up the scooter with two different accounts within the family who use it the most (hence to your last sentence: multiple mobiles / accounts would therefore have to go). I don't know about being able to lock it in case of loss, but that would be a good idea. Also pay attention to the D or S mode. Simply double-click on the power button to switch to S = speed = max. speed.
