Good day. The rod is clamped/spread into the door frame and therefore does not need screws. How well it holds then depends on how much it is clamped by twisting it apart, whether this is done horizontally and at right angles to the frame and what the material and surface of the frame look like. Always test carefully first, pad the floor if necessary and refrain from doing exercises with swing, head-over-heels etc. I use fixed mountings for these. For these I use fixed bars or rings. Bars attached to the top of the frame and supported from the side (not screwed) are suitable for a little more exercise, but I would not recommend exercises with momentum here either.

You could print them yourself from TPU with a 3D printer. Maybe you know someone in your neighbourhood with a 3d printer or you can get them printed relatively cheaply by people who offer such things.

I mounted the rod between two walls 2w ago and it has held very well so far. I use it as a clothes rail and it does a very good job. I can't answer the question about wallpaper because, as I said, it was only 2 weeks ago.

Hey, what is the width of your frame? relevant are the numbers 68 - 103cm. Your door should not be more than 1m. Hope it helps.

The measurements are from 68 to 103cm, i.e. the bar is adjustable and has a length of at least 68 and a maximum of 103cm. 100cm would therefore fit. 😊
