Questions about Segway-Ninebot P65I

I just got my P65I and love it. I was chugging along in drive mode for about 10 km and then switched to sport and look: Suddenly it says 25kmh on the speedometer. Is that a bug? Am I liable to prosecution? I'm coming to the boss? On the electric chair? Or am I simply not allowed to drive in sport mode? I registered with the app and did all the firmware updates.

What is the difference between the P65D and the P65I?

How is the scooter delivered? By freight forwarder or "normal" shipping service provider (DHL, etc.)?

Have any of you managed to unlock the scooter to 40kmh? I see videos online and it seems to work fine with the BLE app, but it didn't work for me.

I have two questions that I couldn't find in the description and reviews: Can the handlebars be adjusted in height? And who offers a service (especially brakes)?

I did buy this Scooter P65 before a 26 days i think , they said the max range is 65KM , I'm a Persom with 80Kg and i charge the battery up to 90% max , so when the battery is 90% full it give me about 28 -30 km ( i use eco mode must of time little time i use sport or drive mode ) is that normal or should i report it to digitech ??

Where can I get spare parts or at best a repair for the Segway-Ninebot P65i? Service is important to me, because if something is defective, I don't want to wait weeks for a part.

If the part suddenly no longer has a registration, what should we customers do who bought it in good faith when the eScooter still had a registration? It would be nice if Galaxus would communicate proactively here. I don't want to get into a check and be told by the police that I don't have a registration. Is there a take-back programme or how should this be solved?

Now the P65I is not approved in Switzerland after all? When I ordered it, it said: Not approved in Germany, Approved in Switzerland. Great, it will be delivered tomorrow. 😮

Can the P65I recharge the battery when braking?

Now I have found out that the scooter has leakage current because the battery is always flat. It was picked up for repair and it should take 2 - 4 weeks, after 4 weeks I was put off, it still hasn't arrived - only after 6 weeks, Dhl drove around with it, after 8 weeks I asked again but now it has been at Galaxus for 14 days and I should ask again in 4 weeks. I will never buy anything here again. This is how they treat customers. I have now called in a lawyer. I cannot recommend it!!!
