Questions about Ocean Drive E9

Good evening I have had this e-scooter for 3 months and also bought it from you. The rear brake pads are worn out, can I buy them from you?

The description says rear engine. This scooter has a front engine and disc brakes on the rear wheel. I will order it anyway, but you may want to customise it. Lg

I bought it, is it possible to connect it to Bluetooth because the seller told me that it could be connected to Bluetooth, but if not, how can I do it?

Does it have enough power to crank out 20 kmh with steep inclines? I’m kinda dependant on it , had a nouse surgery, I’m not allowed to do sports or any major efforts. Will I be fine if it goes upwards?

I can't find the E9 model on the manufacturer's page, only the E9 Pro model, which has different specifications to this one. The power indicated here is 350W, and on the manufacturer's page, the E9 Pro (which according to the name should logically be more powerful) is 250W. Then here it says 13Kg and the manufacturer's E9 Pro version 12.5Kg. The wheels are indicated at 10" here whereas the E0 Pro version on the manufacturer's page is 8.5". The rest seems to be aligned. So my questions : -> Is the version of the product here the E9 or E9 Pro version, given that I haven't found an E9 model anywhere but only an E9 Pro, including on the manufacturer's page? -> If it is indeed the E9 Pro version, how come you're advertising unconfirmed specifications? -> Are you sure it's approved for Swiss roads?

Hello everyone I am interested in the Ocean Drive E9 and S9 Unfortunately, the S9 could have some problems uphill. The E9 is specified with up to 700W. Does this mean that it regulates the power upwards at higher energy requirements in order to be guaranteed to get uphill? Also, does it look like a front and not a rear engine in the pictures? Unfortunately I have not found any more precise information on the net. Thanks at voraus🤘🏻
