Personally, I don't have this problem. I always select manual mode and change the speed myself. I never use automatic mode and it shouldn't change all by itself in my opinion.

Hello, I had the same thing at first, but I think you have to walk a certain number of kilometres before you can increase to 6.
light jogging is possible, but is rather meant for walking
