Keep your feet dry with this waterproof shoe that combines comfort with grip. Perfect for your nature walks, they protect you for up to 2 hours in the rain.
When hiking in the woods, by the coast, or in everyday life, your feet face many stresses. Friction in the shoes can be uncomfortable, especially when combined with perspiration, and additional cold can make it particularly unpleasant. Our shoes undergo intensive laboratory testing to guarantee their waterproofness. They are submerged in water up to a certain height and flexed to simulate hiking conditions. This test proves that your feet will stay dry for at least 2 hours in rainy hiking conditions.
Removing mud: Use a stiff brush to remove mud.
Treating stains: Brush with lukewarm water.
Drying: Allow to air dry completely.
Re-waterproofing: Spray with a water-repellent impregnation solution.
Waterproof shoes are less breathable than non-treated shoes. Therefore, the mid-height socks Hike 500 and Hike 900 are recommended to wick moisture away and reduce friction in the shoe.
