The hanging cheek is a fixed cheek bit that encourages flexion, making it particularly useful for horses with a high head carriage. It can also benefit horses that are unsure of the bit, as movement in the mouth is limited.

The double-jointed mouthpiece with a copper pad distributes pressure evenly over the tongue and mouth bars while promoting salivation and reducing the nutcracker effect of a single-jointed bit. Made of stainless steel, which is the most commonly used material for horse bits, it is durable, easy to clean, tasteless, and will not rust.

Measurements: According to our size guide, the A and B measurements of this bit are as follows: A=16mm, B=110mm.

3. Allow to dry naturally.
