Poc Auric Cut Backcountry MIPS Ski Helmet - Hydrogen White Matt The new Auric Cut Backcountry MIPS sets new standards for riding on and off piste. The new POC MIPS technology ensures that the energy acting on the brain during a fall with an oblique impact is reduced. Gel pads on the inside of the helmet adapt perfectly to the shape of the head and absorb linear and rotational forces through their free movement, similar to the natural protective mechanism of the cerebrospinal fluid. The Auric Cut Backcountry MIPS has soft ear pads, an easy size adjustment system and an adjustable ventilation option modelled on the Fornix. The EPP material used on the inside of the helmet is multi-impact and makes the helmet extremely safe and durable in combination with MIPS and the ABS outer shell. The integrated Recco reflector makes it easier to locate in the terrain. In addition, the Auric Cut Backcountry SPIN is compatible with the optionally available POC Aid Communication Headset.
