Petzl I'D S

The self-braking descender I’D S is primarily designed for work at height and for hard-to-reach areas. It features an ergonomically shaped lever that allows for comfortable control of the descent process. The integrated anti-panic function and safety lock reduce the risk of accidents in the event of operator error. The auto-lock system enables the user to position themselves at the workplace without having to operate the lever or detach the device. After locking, the rope can be pulled in without activating the lever. The safety clip allows the device to remain attached to the harness while inserting the rope. The I’D S descender is suitable for ropes with a diameter of 10 to 11.5 mm and allows for handling loads of up to 250 kg.
