The percolator principle makes the taste unique. The operation of the percolator is simple yet convincing: Inside the pot, there is a device with tubes and a filter container for coffee or tea powder. The boiling water rises up the tube and flows through the permeable lid into the beverage powder, absorbing aromatic substances and mixing with the remaining water. Thus, the flavor becomes more intense the longer the water circulates in the percolator: the principle also releases the finest flavor nuances from tea and coffee.
