Increases strength and muscle definition in the arms, upper body, back, shoulders, and abdomen. This multifunctional device is designed for pull-ups with both overhand and underhand grips, sit-ups, and dips. It is depth adjustable and can be mounted on many door frames with a width of 69 to 89 cm. Extra thick foam pads and a unique design protect the door frame. The adjustable height fits almost all door frames. The foam padding ensures maximum comfort, while the extra tough pads provide additional protection for the door frame. The extra-large grips are perfect for pull-ups and are larger than most conventional pull-up bars.
