Nyamba Pilate

Elastic band with low resistance (2 kg) for stretching exercises and muscle strengthening, particularly suitable for Pilates. Also available in resistances of 3 and 4 kg.

This elastic band is easy to transport and can be used for numerous strengthening and rehabilitation exercises. Shoulders, glutes, back – all muscle groups are engaged!

Based on your feedback, the elastic band is now 1.90 m long (20 cm longer than the previous model). For a long lifespan, you should:

• clean your elastic band with lukewarm water and a damp cloth
• occasionally sprinkle it with talcum powder
• store it in a light-protected area and away from heat sources, ideally at a temperature below 30 °C
• not store it in the car, as it could be damaged by strong temperature fluctuations.
