A white center line facilitates correct positioning. For optimal training, it is recommended to use different resistance levels, for example, for warming up and more intense workouts. When using shoes, textile elastic bands should be preferred. The band intensifies the workout and promotes optimal body posture. A resistance of 3 kg is suitable for progressive Pilates exercises. The resistance is comparable to the weight needed for stretching. Light resistances are ideal for stretching, while stronger ones are for muscle strengthening. Durability is enhanced by proper cleaning with a damp cloth and lukewarm water, occasional application of talcum powder, and storage in a cool, dark place below 30 °C. Do not store in the car.
