The NRG Air Carbon reinforced sole combines high stiffness with five ventilation openings for perfectly tuned SPD pedals and air circulation. Mounting plates are not included. The upper material is made of quick-drying microfiber specifically designed for triathlon, featuring a simple lacing system to save seconds. It has two Velcro straps on the upper for lateral fixation.
