The NRG Air Carbon Reinforced sole combines high stiffness with five vents for perfectly matched SPD pedals with air circulation. Mounting plates are not included. The upper is made of quick-drying microfiber specially designed for triathlon, featuring an easy slip system to save seconds. It has two straps with Velcro on the upper for lateral fixation.
