A road cycling shoe designed for winter touring. With 200 g Primaloft Gold insulation and ECO ISO padding, the shoe guarantees exceptional thermal insulation and breathability. Power is channelled into the drivetrain via the reinforced Jaws Carbon sole with a stiffness index of 8.0. The heel area made of natural rubber stands for extreme grip on any surface. The upper shoe with its overlap construction made of the most innovative materials encloses the foot evenly and without a pressure point and transfers every watt of power into the pedal with pinpoint accuracy. The front of the shoe is reinforced with TPU. An easy and consistent fit is ensured by the SLW2 twist closure system. As the only one of its kind, it ensures precise, millimetre-accurate adjustment and adaptation of the shoe with its microstep grid. The integrated heel fit with directional fibre inner material prevents unwanted heel slip, while the Arctic 4Layer insole (Eva/Aluminium/Eva/Pile) together with the Lasting Board Thermal Shield (EVA / Aluminium) ensures efficient thermal insulation. The 360° reflective inserts provide more safety in poor visibility conditions.
