Participate in workouts where our iFit coaches work with live resistance by adjusting the incline and resistance of your Freestrider to keep you focused.

Adjustable stride. Change your workout by simply adjusting your stride lengths: you don’t need to press a button. Your machine will intuitively follow your movements. The better the quality of the stride, the smoother the movement, as it comes closer to a natural step.
